Buying an apartment in Como for the first time is quite daunting, and there is honestly so much to learn along the way. Justin helped us through every step and always seemed to know exactly what needed to be done next, which made the whole process so much easier. The visits were probably where we found him most helpful. He knows exactly what to look out for and pointed out things we would never have thought about ourselves. He also knew the right questions to ask and gave us a much better understanding of what we were actually looking at, rather than just seeing an apartment and getting carried away with it! Justin is also just a great person to have around. He’s fun, easy to talk to and, importantly, very calm. That made a huge difference because the whole process can feel quite overwhelming, especially when you’re doing it for the first time. The offer he put together for us in the end was also really well done. He clearly knew how to approach it and we were very happy with how it was written and presented. I feel beyond fortunate to have found Justin when researching buying a home in Italy. After we ran into a number of scams I decided to find a local Real Estate agent. I found Justin online. He's been working in Italy and the Italian real estate market for years. He knows all the procedures very well (better than many local colleagues) and, above all, he's someone you can really count on! I requested an appraisal for a property I was selling, and he did a fantastic job.
